1. Your Account
Eurolan Ltd. advises you to keep the confidentiality of the username and password you use to access the SITE in order to prevent unauthorized access through your user account. In this way, every access/use of the SITE through the account (username and password) assumes that you take responsibility for all actions that will be performed using this account.
By accessing/using the SITE, USERS agree to take all necessary measures to ensure that the security of the password is not disclosed to third parties.

Eurolan Ltd. will make every effort to ensure access to the SITE without interruptions and electronic transmission errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, continuous access and absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.
2. Privacy Policy
Eurolan Ltd. understands the importance of your personal data privacy. In each transaction, we ensure the security of all USER data, and guarantee that your personal data is protected.
Do not give your password to anyone. A person who knows your password has access to your account;

Identify fake emails (forgery or fraud)

4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content of this SITE, including form, text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Eurolan Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Bulgarian laws, as well as international copyright and database laws.
All content on this SITE is the property of Eurolan Ltd.
Access to this SITE does not give the USER/CLIENT rights for resale or commercial use of this SITE or its content.
USERS are not allowed to collect or use lists, descriptions, and prices of products traded by Eurolan Ltd., to make a copy of this SITE or its content.
Any download or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant, as well as the use of automatic devices or other means of data extraction, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Eurolan Ltd.
Access to this website does not give the USER the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or otherwise use for any commercial purpose this SITE and any part of it, without the express written consent of Eurolan Ltd.
USERS are not allowed to use the logo, trademark, or other graphics of the SITE, without the express written consent of Eurolan Ltd.
By submitting information or materials through this site, the USER agrees to grant Eurolan Ltd. the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information. Eurolan Ltd. will not be bound by obligations related to the confidentiality of the submitted information unless current legislation provides other specifications in this regard.
CLAIMS
The goods offered by us come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise mentioned.
The warranty covers factory defects but does not cover mechanical or other damage as a result of improper use (broken or cracked casings, missing parts, impact marks, overvoltage, etc.)
Mechanical damage as a result of transport must be reported on the spot when receiving the goods.
Goods returned for warranty repair are repaired within 30 days from the date of receipt, if this time was not enough to remove the damage they are replaced with new ones.
Transportation costs for returning products are at the customer's expense.
